• In live betting, streaming delays may cause discrepancies in decisions.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
• In parlay or accumulator bets, if one event is cancelled, that leg will be removed from the bet.

If a match is cancelled, postponed, or concluded outside of the scheduled time, Jaay 9 will handle it in accordance with our refund policy. Bets on cancelled events are generally refunded.

Jaay 9 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. Payment-related terms are outlined below:

• Deposit: Minimum 500 BDT. Deposits are typically credited to your balance instantly.
• Withdrawal: Minimum 500 BDT. Processed within 24 hours for standard members.
• VIP Members: Gold members and above receive priority withdrawals.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification.

Jaay 9 reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Suspicious betting or payment activity.
• Court order or legal obligation.

You can also contact our support team at any time to close your account. Any remaining balance will be refunded, provided there are no pending wagering requirements.

Jaay 9 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• You will be notified at your registered email address.
• The date of the change will be updated on this page.
